Eligibility
Eligibility for the IOCL Marketing Division Northern Region Apprentice Recruitment 2026 depends on the apprenticeship category and discipline. Technician Apprentice: Candidates should hold a three-year Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, Electrical & Electronics, or Electronics Engineering with at least 50% marks. The minimum qualifying marks are 45% for SC/ST/PwD candidates. Trade Apprentice: Candidates should have passed Class 10 and completed a two-year ITI course in a relevant trade such as Fitter, Electrician, Electronics Mechanic, Instrument Mechanic or Machinist. The ITI qualification should be recognized by NCVT or SCVT. Graduate Apprentice: Candidates should hold a BBA, BA, B.Com, B.Sc. or an equivalent graduation degree from a recognized university or institution. General, EWS and OBC-NCL candidates should have at least 50% marks, while the minimum requirement for SC/ST/PwBD candidates is 45%. Trade Apprentice DEO: Candidates should have passed Class 12 and possess the required Domestic Data Entry Operator skill certification with one year of training from an NSQF or Central Government-recognized authority.
