Eligibility
Candidates applying for Specialist Officer posts should possess the required educational qualification relevant to the post. For IT Officer, candidates should have one of the following: B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, Electronics & Instrumentation) MCA M.Tech M.Sc. (Computer Science / IT) DOEACC 'B' Level Certificate Other Specialist Officer posts (Agriculture Field Officer, Law Officer, HR/Personnel Officer, Marketing Officer, Rajbhasha Adhikari, etc.) will have separate educational qualifications as mentioned in the detailed notification. Age Limit (As on 01 July 2026) Minimum Age: 20 Years Maximum Age: 30 Years Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per Government of India and IBPS rules.
