SBI SO Recruitment 2026 State Bank of India (SBI) has released the SBI SO Recruitment 2026 notification for the engagement of Specialist Cadre Officers on a contract basis in its Wealth Management Business. The recruitment is being conducted under Advertisement No. CRPD/SCO/2026-27/23 for a total of 207 tentative vacancies across seven specialist positions. The SBI SO Online Form 2026 process will start on 04 September 2026 and eligible candidates can apply online until 25 September 2026. SBI SO Recruitment 2026 Salary Zonal Head (Retail): Up to ₹97.00 Lakh per annum Regional Head: Up to ₹66.40 Lakh per annum Relationship Manager-Team Lead: Up to ₹51.80 Lakh per annum Investment Specialist: Up to ₹44.50 Lakh per annum Investment Officer: Up to ₹27.10 Lakh per annum VP Wealth: Up to ₹44.70 Lakh per annum AVP Wealth: Up to ₹30.20 Lakh per annum The annual CTC is negotiable and depends on the candidate's experience, current emoluments and place of posting. The CTC may include fixed pay, allowances, performance-linked pay and other applicable benefits.

Eligibility

SBI SO Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Zonal Head (Retail): Graduation from a Government-recognised University or Institution. Candidates must have at least 15 years of experience in sales management in Wealth Management, Retail Banking or Asset Management Companies, including the prescribed leadership experience. Regional Head: Graduation from a Government-recognised University or Institution with at least 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience in relationship management, preferably in wealth management, banking, wealth management firms or AMCs. Relationship Manager – Team Lead: Graduation from a Government-recognised University or Institution with the prescribed minimum professional experience in relationship management/wealth management. Investment Specialist: Relevant postgraduate degree/postgraduate diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Business Management, Commerce, Economics, Capital Markets, Banking, Insurance or Actuarial Science, or CA/CFA, along with the prescribed professional experience. Investment Officer: Relevant postgraduate qualification or prescribed professional qualification such as CA/CFA along with the required professional experience. VP Wealth: Graduation from a Government-recognised University or Institution along with the prescribed professional experience. Relevant postgraduate qualifications/certifications may be preferred as specified by SBI. AVP Wealth: Graduation from a Government-recognised University or Institution along with the prescribed professional experience. Relevant postgraduate qualifications/certifications may be preferred. Selection Process

SBI SO Recruitment 2026 Selection Process The SBI Specialist Cadre Officer selection process will be based on: 1. Shortlisting 2. Interview 3. CTC Negotiation 4. Final Selection Candidates will first be shortlisted based on the parameters decided by SBI. Shortlisted candidates will then be called for an interview, which may be conducted personally, through telephone or through video conference. The interview carries 100 marks. The final merit list will be prepared in descending order based on the interview scores. The offered CTC will be negotiated based on the candidate's experience, current remuneration and other applicable factors.

• Graduation/Degree with prescribed post-wise experience; PG Degree/Diploma
• CA or CFA required for certain Investment Specialist/Investment Officer posts
