The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) has invited online applications for the recruitment of Assistant Section Officer (ASO) posts under Advertisement No. E-I/RC/2026/2. A total of 100 vacancies have been announced across General, Finance & Accounts, and Stores & Purchase disciplines. The online application process started on 23 June 2026 and will remain open until 13 July 2026. Candidates holding a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university are eligible to apply. As per the notification, only non-recommended candidates of UPSC Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2024 can submit applications.
