Staff Selection Commission (SSC) invited online applications for Stenographer Grade C and D Examination 2026. Interested candidates can review eligibility conditions, syllabus details, and recruitment guidelines through the official notification. SSC Stenographer Recruitment 2026 : Age Limit (As on 01/08/2026) - Minimum Age : 18 Years - Maximum Age : 27 Years for Grade D - Maximum Age : 30 Years for Grade C - Reserved category applicants may receive age relaxation according to SSC recruitment rules.
How to apply
- SSC introduced mandatory One Time Registration (OTR) through its official portal. Candidates who have not completed OTR registration will not be able to apply for SSC examinations. - Staff Selection Commission (SSC) released the Stenographer Grade C & D Recruitment 2026 notification. Online applications can be submitted from 24/04/2026 to 15/05/2026. - SSC has updated the application photo guidelines. Candidates are required to upload a live photograph using webcam or the official SSC mobile application while maintaining a light or white background. - Applicants are advised to read the official recruitment notification carefully before filling out the online application form. - Keep all required documents ready, including handwriting sample, eligibility proof, identity documents, address details, and personal information. - Prepare scanned copies of photograph, signature, thumb impression, and ID proof before beginning the application process. - Before final submission, candidates should carefully review all details entered in the application preview section. - If the application fee is applicable, ensure successful payment completion to confirm the application form. - Keep a printed copy of the final submitted application form for future use.
