Description
The Indian Air Force (IAF) has officially released the notification for Agniveer Vayu Musician Intake 01/2027 Recruitment 2026 under the Agnipath Scheme. Eligible unmarried male and female candidates with musical talent can submit their online applications from 20 July 2026 to 02 August 2026 through the official recruitment portal. Candidates who have passed Class 10 (Matriculation) and fulfill the prescribed musical qualifications and physical standards are eligible to participate in the recruitment rally. Before applying, applicants should carefully read the official notification to understand the eligibility criteria, age limit, medical standards, selection process, and important dates. Chest Measurement Male Candidates Minimum Chest: 77 cm Expansion: 5 cm Female Candidates Well-developed chest with minimum 5 cm expansion Hearing Candidates should have normal hearing ability and be able to hear a whispered voice from 6 metres with each ear separately. General Medical Fitness Candidates should: Be physically and mentally fit. Be free from communicable diseases. Have no chronic medical conditions. Meet all medical standards prescribed by the Indian Air Force.

Unmarried Male & Female Candidates Born between 01 January 2005 and 01 July 2008 (both dates inclusive) Passed 10th (Matriculation) from a recognized board Must possess the required musical skills and qualification Must meet the prescribed physical and medical standards
Selection Process
Selection will be conducted in multiple stages: Musical Proficiency Test English Written Examination Physical Fitness Test (PFT) Adaptability Test-II Medical Examination Only candidates qualifying each stage will proceed to the next phase.
