Eligibility
OTET eligibility is based on the academic and teacher-training qualifications prescribed by BSE Odisha for the respective paper. Paper I / Category-A: Candidates must have the prescribed Higher Secondary qualification along with the required teacher education qualification such as D.El.Ed., B.El.Ed. or an equivalent recognized qualification, as applicable. Paper II / Category-B: Candidates must meet the prescribed graduation-level qualification along with the required teacher education qualification such as B.Ed., D.El.Ed. or another recognized teacher-training qualification, as applicable. Candidates pursuing the final year of an eligible teacher education course may also be eligible subject to the conditions specified in the official OTET notification.
