Description

UPESSC has made the UPTET 2026 provisional answer key available on its official website. Candidates can compare their answers with the official key to estimate their probable marks. If the commission opens an objection window, candidates should submit their challenges within the prescribed time. The final answer key and examination result will be published after the objection process is completed. The Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC) has officially released the provisional Answer Key for the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) 2026 (Advertisement No. 01/UPTET/2026). The examination was conducted on 02, 03, and 04 July 2026. Candidates who appeared in the examination can now access the answer key through the official portal by logging in with their registration details. The provisional answer key enables candidates to verify their responses and estimate their expected scores before the declaration of the final result.

Eligibility

Primary Level (Class 1–5): Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree along with a recognized teacher training qualification such as BTC, D.El.Ed, B.El.Ed, or an equivalent qualification. Final-year trainees are also eligible as per the official rules. Upper Primary Level (Class 6–8): Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree with the required qualifying marks and a recognized teaching qualification such as B.Ed, BTC, B.El.Ed, or an equivalent course. Other eligible qualifications accepted by NCTE/RCI are also valid. Refer to the official notification for complete eligibility details.
