Description
The Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board (UPPCB) has released the Interview Letter for the recruitment of Assistant Environmental Engineer (AEE) and Assistant Scientific Officer (ASO) posts. Candidates who qualified for the written examination can now download their interview call letter from the official UPPCB recruitment portal. The recruitment process began with online applications from 28 February 2026 to 28 March 2026, followed by the written examination held on 27 April 2026. The interview letter became available on 26 June 2026. Candidates should download the call letter using their Registration Number, Enrollment Number, or Date of Birth and carefully verify all details before attending the interview. Applicants are advised to carry a printed copy of the interview letter along with a valid photo identity proof and other required documents on the interview day
Eligibility
Assistant Environmental Engineer (AEE) Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technology, Civil Engineering, or Environmental Engineering from a recognized university. AMIE qualification in the relevant engineering discipline is also acceptable where applicable. Assistant Scientific Officer (ASO) Ph.D. in Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, or Biochemistry with at least 3 years of relevant experience. OR Master's Degree in Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, or Biochemistry with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Environmental Protection, Pollution Control, or Public Health.
