Eligibility
Paper I – Secondary Teacher (Classes 9–10): Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in the relevant subject with the prescribed minimum marks and B.Ed. qualification. Paper II – Senior Secondary Teacher (Classes 11–12): Candidates should have a relevant Postgraduate Degree with the prescribed marks and B.Ed. qualification. B.Ed. is not required for Computer Science as per the applicable eligibility provisions. SC/ST/EBC/BC/Divyang candidates are eligible for the prescribed relaxation in minimum qualifying marks. Age Limit: Minimum Age: 21 Years Maximum Age for Male: 37 Years Maximum Age for Female / applicable BC-EBC candidates: 40 Years Maximum Age for SC/ST candidates: 42 Years Age relaxation as per Bihar STET rules.
